  • User Name:  (Check myezcare email - Employee Registration Notification)
  • Password: Create your own strong password with 10 Digit ( using uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols)

If the Accountuser hasdon't been locked due to incorrect password,remember the user canpassword, use the option Forgot Password to unlocklogin with the account.application.
