Telephony Clock-in & Out

Instructions on how to Clock in and out using Telephony

IVR/Telephony clock in and out can used when the mobile app is not working for any reason , like damaged mobile device or no cellphone signals. Agency has been provided with a telephony/IVR number that is required to be called in using the patient/Client’s phone number to validate the visit.

Using the sample table below for  employee and patient, to explain the process for clock in and Out

Patient Name Alex Smith
Patient’s Registered Phone number 615-254-8374 Patient’s registered phone number is the number entered in the contacts>> patient’s address.
Allocated Number  908-775-8273  This number is provided by Myezcare to the agency for the employees to dial in to clock in and out.
Employee’s Telephony ID 7008533171  Employee/Caregivers phone number registered in the employee detail page on the application
Employee 4-Digit PIN 1111 This 4-digit PIN is saved under the employee detail page and also this same PIN is used by the employee to login to the mobile application.

Steps for Clock in and Out

  1. Use the Patient registered phone [ 615-254-8374] to call [908-775-8273]
  2. On prompt select the language. 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for Vietnamese.
  3. On Prompt to enter the 10-mobile number or IVR ID enter your mobile number [7008533171] 
  4. On Prompt to enter 4-digit pin : 1111 
  5. On Prompt for clock-in , press 1
  6. Visit is completed . Hang up the phone.

Follow the steps 1-6 when clocking out.

Common Error Messages:

  • No registered patient found 

Verify the patient’s registered phone by contacting office administration under patient’s contact.

  • User not found: 

Try again by entering the numbers slowly , by giving a short pause between entering you mobile number and PIN

  • No visits found 

Contact the office administrator to confirm the visit timing.

 

If the caregiver is not at the patient location or the patient’s phone not working , you can request the IVR Bypass permission from the administrator and follow the instructions below:

  1. Use the Patient registered phone [ 615-254-8374] to call [908-775-8273]
  2. On prompt select the language. 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, 3 for Vietnamese.
  3. The system will prompt the called-in number is not a registered number, Press 1 to Bypass
  4. On Prompt enter Patient’s account number or the registered phone number.
  5. On Prompt to enter the 10-mobile number or IVR ID enter your mobile number [7008533171]
  6. On Prompt to enter 4-digit pin : Enter your 4-digit PIN
  7. On Prompt for clock-in , press 1
  8. Visit is completed . Hang up the phone.
