 User Name:   (Check myezcare email - Employee Registration Notification) 

 Password: Create your own strong password with 10 Digit ( using uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols) 

 

 

 If the Account has been locked due to incorrect password, the user can use the option Forgot Password to unlock the account.
