How to Add Patient Intake
** Note: All red star fields are mandatory to fill. Otherwise the system will not save the details. All mandatory fields must be filled and saved to open other tabs.
1. Click on Patient Intake
2. Click on + Add
3. Enter the required information
4. Click on Save button to store your Patient details
How to EditPatient Intake
1. Click on Patient Intake
2. Click on List
3. Select or Search your Patient and click on Edit

4. Edit your changes and Click on Save button to store your Patient details
