Adding Patient Documents, Billing, Care Plan, Schedule, etc.

The patient Document is like a binder that you can upload all of the documents of the patient to. As well as create sections and color code it.

Adding Billing Details for the Patient

** Note: All red star fields are mandatory to fill. Otherwise the system will not save the details. All mandatory fields must be filled and saved to open other tabs.

1. Click on the Billing tab

2. Select the patient’s Payor from the drop-down menu

3. Choose the Start date and End date

4. Choose the Precedence

To finish the Billing Settings for Patient

1. Choose the Billing Setting option

2. Add the different Service Codes associated with the added Payor for the patient

3. Enter the Authorization Code for the patient from the payor, along with the Time Allowed (in minutes) and the Start/End Date

Now all the patient billing details have been entered and saved successfully. Now the patient schedule and the task which needs to be provided to the patient, needs to be selected. Choose the Care plan option and from this option different tasks can be mapped.

Patient Schedule in Careplan

Patient Schedule can be created just by selecting the Patient Schedule option and then selecting Add Patient Schedule

Under Care Plan you find two tabs. Tasks Mapping & Patient Schedule. In Patient Schedule you will find the tab of Add Patient

You can create a schedule by adding time slot. In Add Time Slot you can select the Day from Sunday to Saturday, Start Time, End Time, Care Type and Notes. List of Time schedule will be visible once the time schedule is added./p>

You can Delete or take action by using the Edit button Patient schedule if there are any changes./p>
